Return & Refund Policy – Bed Sheet Products

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy, you may request a return or refund under the conditions below.

1. Return Eligibility

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
• Items with damage, stains, or signs of use will not be accepted

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Used or washed bed sheets
• Products without original packaging
• Items purchased under clearance or final sale (if applicable)

3. Damaged or Defective Products

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, report it within 48 hours of delivery
• Share clear photos/videos for verification
• A replacement or full refund will be processed after approval

4. Return Process

• Order details
• Reason for return
• Supporting images (if applicable)
• Once approved, return instructions will be provided

5. Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed after the product passes inspection
• Approved refunds are issued within 5–7 business days
• Refunds will be made to the original payment method

6. Shipping Charges

• Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect

7. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
